Actually a volcano, that is still pretty active, it is said that there is a strong barrier around the mountain that will not let those not of pure hearts (or souls) through, and that it blocks demons from entering through its barrier.

| The Forest:
This is the very forest that holds the tree, the sacred tree Goshinboku, which once bound InuYasha to it for fifty years. Inside the forest lurks many dangerous, and wondrous things, so enter at your own risk. The forest itself is usually filled with life, and holds much to offer, being one of the more livelier forests in the world.

| The Village:
This is the village where Kaede herself once resided in, and the village that is home to many humans. Although now it is torn and left in ruins for the most part, the people work diligently at repairing it whenever they can even if the repairs they make may just be in vain.

| Barren Field:
An almost desert-like area, the land is made up of very short, almost dead grass in most areas, and usually holds dead bodies on it where various scavengers come to collect a good meal or two. There's a small river that trickles through the heart of the place, but this remains one of the most dangerous, battle-field zones in the region, and you could be caught off guard at any moment.

This is the beach side that leads to various islands should you boat, or swim off into the water. Depending on which way you head could depend on what island you run into, and some just enjoy the beach side itself.

Found in the heart of the forest to which InuYasha was once bound to a tree for 50 years, is a well. The well itself is the only link from the modern era to the ancient era, and thanks to the odd occurrence that once happened about two years back, anyone can pass from one side to the other.

| The Mall:
Sometimes the hippest place to be, the mall is usually a favored hang-out spot for teenagers to meet up with their friends and spend their day just wandering around together. The different stores usually have loads to offer, and the second floor has a large food-court area for people to go and pig out at, with several 'restaurants' to choose from.

Here are the locations of the schools themselves, from the elementary school to the High school. Kids come here, usually grudgingly and by force, to study and receive a higher education. Remember to be on time, or your absent that day!

Here are the various collection of the city's citizen's houses. Whether you're resting at home at your own house, or visiting a friend at theirs, this can typically be an area to just hang back and relax.

| Downtown:
Downtown is usually the more dangerous area of the city itself. It offers a scenery where the larger portion of crimes seem to happen, and shabbier living conditions for the most part, as well as stores to visit. Although, sometimes you have to pass through it to get to point B.

| Amusement Park:
This is the area where loads of kids, and chaperoning parents are usually seen lurking about, although teenagers and adults come here for fun as well. The Amusement park has tons of different rides, and has a lot to offer it's citizens.
